food is very important for my because this is the one that gives to health and intention to live the life, nevertheless some meals are not very good for the health like the fast food.


The good meals for the health are:

vegetables, grains, fruits and cereals






The bad meals for the health are:


hamburgers, pizza and hot dogs.






¿Eating habits?



I think people should have eating habits because it helps to have a sound health and prevent illness like gastritis, ulcer, etc..



Some eating habits that I recommend are:



  • Eat at appropriate times
  • Eat 3 meals
  • Eat vegetables, cereals, grains, fruits
  • Drink water and natural juices



¿¿Good food or Good restaurant??



I think the 2 things are important, because the food must have good taste, good look and must smell good without a good restaurant this would not be possible.



¿What is a good restaurant for my?

A good restaurant is a clean place with good service, not necessarily be super luxurious.





my favorite food is spaghetti with tuna.
